Airsan Type AH Filter Retainer
Airsan Type AH filter retainers (air filter frames) are designed for flat or "V" bank
arrangements. They can be easily built up to any height or width necessary by the progressive
addition of retainers. The standard AH retainer is made of sturdy 18 gauge galvanized
steel. Spot welded corner gussets insure retainer rigidity and meet heavy duty requirements.
Felt gasketing around the inside perimeter of the retainer prevents the bypass of unfiltered
air. Two positive retaining clips secure the filter in position.
Standard retainers are available in either a 2" or 4" nominal thickness. The 2" retainer
can be adapted to hold a 1" thick filter if a special Z-111S clip is specified.
Retainers are also available in other materials such as: stainless steel, aluminum or bronze. Airsan Type AHS Stainless Steel retainers made of 20 gauge, type 430 stainless steel are available in standard 2" sizes. Quotations may be requested for the other stainless steel gauge thicknesses and material grade classifications.

Airsan Type DM Disposable Media Retaining Frames
Airsan Type DM Series of disposable media retaining frames has been designed to meet the need for a low-cost air filter frame without sacrificing durability. The frame is 24 gauge galvanized steel. The discharge side is 14 gauge 2x4 galvanized wire cloth for low pressure drop. The 11 gauge steel retaining ring is hinged for easy access to filter pads. And there are NO EXPOSED WIRE ENDS -- an important safety factor.
