Airsan Type FF Grease Baffle

Airsan Type FF Flame Foil Grease Filters are permanent and cleanable. Filters are available in stainless steel or galvanized steel construction.
The aerodynamic properties of the filter make it a highly efficient flame arrester. Cooking flare-ups are restricted from entering the kitchen exhaust ducts, as the flame cannot effectively follow the air flow pattern thru the filter.

Scientific placement of the filter baffles causes airborne grease particles to be stopped at the baffle surface. Grease build-up is reduced as the captured grease is allowed to flow down the baffle surface. Sanitation is promoted when the liquefied grease drains into a container away from the filter. Airsan Flame Foil Baffle-type Grease Extractor Filters meet NFPA Standards and is classified by Underwriters Laboratories.

CLEANING SUGGESTIONS
Washing your grease filters daily will insure maximum filter life. When the filter is caked or laden with considerable grease, use a good commercial detergent and allow the filter to soak overnight. After a thorough soaking, rinse the filter with clean warm water and return it to the exhaust system.

Airsan Type AG Grease Filter

Airsan Type AG Grease Filters are permanent, cleanable, and feature a sturdy 18 gauge galvanized steel frame. The filter media is crimped 26 gauge expanded galvanized metal, and galvanized wire screen.

Standard AG Grease Filters, on an experience basis, have proven that you may expect a long filter life. They operate effectively over charcoal broilers, as well as ranges, grilles, and ovens. The special extra heavy expanded metal media on the air entering face absorbs heat and resists "burn-outs."

AG Grease Filters are specially designed to stop grease from entering the exhaust ducts. Scientific placement of the 10 piece media creates an air flow pattern that allows for efficient air passage while the airborne grease particles are impinged upon an extensive network of trapping surfaces. Type AGS Grease Filters have 20 gauge stainless steel enclosing frames with standard galvanized AG media. Standard sizes available. Special sizes are available on request.

Type AGSS Grease Filters are all stainless steel filters, both frame and media. Standard sizes available. Special sizes are available on request.

Optional Bail-Type Handles are available for all AG, AGS, and AGSS Grease Filters. Please specify.
